I LOVE to snack and these are guilt free! This recipe makes 25 bites and they’re great to make at the beginning of the week to keep you going. They are dairy and gluten free and taste delicious! The first time I made these they didn’t last very long in my house!
You will need the following…
1 cup of Oats
2/3 of a cup of coconut
1/2 cup Peanut or Almond butter (crunchy gives the best texture)
1/3 cup of fruit syrup
1/4 cup of Cacao powder (or unsweetened coco powder)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until it looks like this
Cover with cling film and pop in the fridge for at least half an hour. Then take small amounts of the mixture and roll into a ball roughly the size of a ping pong ball. Once in a ball shape roll them in some more coconut and they’re ready!
